Our recent achievements are:
Assisted Housing Contractor increase his Contract sum by some 39%, thus making substantial roads into the large losses incurred on the project. Tasks involved the preparation of measured accounts, claims and adjudication actions.
Assisted structural steelwork subcontractor recover monies contractually due to them on several projects.
Prepared the Pleadings for and acted as Client's represenative in multi-million dollar Arbitration case. Award was some US$25 million less than that claimed by the other Party.
Kept Client fully appraised, with the aid of our Claims Management System, of the ongoing claims situation on a number of projects. This detailed monitoring helped the Client make settlements that they considered fair and reasonable.
Carried out Claims Management procedures and prepared the Pleading for and acted as Client's representative in a multi-million dollar Arbitration case. Award was some US$8 million less than that claimed by the other Party.
